(André Nadeau has done a great service by researching all of these geoengineering patents. Notice how many are focused on weather modifications. It is one thing to want to increase rain during a dry season to help crops grow. It is entirely different to use this technology in destructive ways, as many of us are aware of. For example, some of this technology has been used to create disasters that have resulted in the loss of lives and livelihoods. Some of this technology has been used to create disasters that the perpetrators then blame on 'climate change' because they have a political agenda that is not in the best interest of humanity. — RAD)
